The Fundamentals Of Health Living

To achieve harmony and balance in our lives, we must make optimal choices regarding our: nutrition, sleep, movement and exercise.

The human body thrives on order and balance. When given the right and nutrients and support, it will produce optimal health and well-being.

In this presentation, we investigate the five areas of optimal health: Intellectual Health, Physical Health, Emotional Health, Social Health and Spiritual Health.

We will explore these areas and look at ways we can support our health and well-being within the framework of these respective categories. It’s not enough to exercise and eat healthy food, we must balance this with understanding our thoughts and emotions and the right amount of sleep and recovery.

It requires an integrated and balanced approach to healthy living. This presentation aims to introduce the basic mechanisms to healthy living, particularly for those who lead busy and hectic lifestyles or who are constantly on the move.
