Heath Williams & Wade Brennan – Co-Founders of Corporate Work Health Australia. Heath Williams and Wade Brennan co-founded Corporate Work Health Australia (CWHA) in 2011, bringing over 15 years of expertise in occupational health, ergonomics, manual handling, and injury prevention. Their work has helped countless organizations improve workplace health and safety through education, assessments, and preventative strategies.
Heath and Wade are experienced trainers who deliver practical, evidence-based education to businesses across Australia. Their training programs empower HR professionals, People & Culture teams, and workplace leaders with the knowledge and skills to enhance employee well-being, reduce workplace risks, and create healthier work environments. Their expertise in workstation ergonomics, vehicle ergonomics, and manual handling ensures participants gain real-world, applicable strategies that can be implemented immediately.

Wade Brennan

Physio and WHS consultant

Wade holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy), Certificate IV & Diploma in WHS, and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. He has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Queensland Occupational Health & Safety Committee and currently consults for CWHA and Move Injury & Disability Support. Wade specializes in workstation ergonomics, injury management, and return-to-work programs, helping organizations implement effective preventative measures.

Heath Williams

Osteopath and WHS consultant

Heath holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Osteopathy, Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education, Certificate IV & Diploma in WHS, and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Recognized as Osteopathy Australia’s first titled occupational health osteopath, he has served on their inaugural occupational health committee. Heath also lectures on ergonomics at Victoria University and Southern Cross University and has extensive experience in workplace assessments and injury prevention strategies.
